The Oakes House is a destination in itself, featuring 5 bedrooms, huge deck, hot tub, firepit, access to the beach, games room with arcade games, etc.
Hotel M2 is our new boutique hotel located in Heron Bay (Dalhousie). It has 5 individual and private luxury suites. Every room has design and comfort in mind. Do you have a special occasion coming up? ( wedding, family reunion, sport tournament, etc.) If so, you can book all 5 rooms!!

ABOUT US:
My husband and I grew up in the Restigouche area. I was a recreational therapist for the Vitalité Health Network until March 2022, when I retired to focus on our rentals on a full-time basis. My husband is a chiropractor in the Campbellton region. With the purchase of our first rental in 2019, we started Gestion M2 Inc. M2 stands for Melissa and Mikaël as we are a family oriented business. Mikaël takes care of the business end while Melissa is your dedicated host. We take pride in offering the most pleasant stay as possible, weather it be for families looking for the perfect vacation spot or the professional travelling for work. Our motto “Style and comfort” comes in full view in our newly renovated units, furnished and decorated with Melissa’s special touch.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was exactly like the pictures; very bright and cozy with a great water view. Parking was easy. Quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen had everything I needed. And most importantly, the bed was very comfortable!

We had an amazing stay over Easter with our family of eight (1 adult +7 young adults). The house offered plenty of space for everyone, and we especially loved cozying up by the outdoor fireplace after the snowstorm. Melissa was incredibly accommodating and responded quickly to all our questions, especially when we found ourselves housebound during two winter storms. A wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend this place and host.

Endroit impeccable. La disposition des chambres à l’étage permet de ne pas entendre ce qui se passe en bas. Excellent quand certains veulent dormir tandis que d’autres continue la soirée! Nous avons été agréablement surprises par la beauté de la place! On y retournera c’est sûr! Maison parfaitement aménagé pour un bon groupe de personnes!

Beautiful place. This building has been renovated from top to bottom. We stayed in room #2 with our two kids—perfect for families. A section is dedicated to the kids, featuring a TV and bunk beds, while the parents have a private room. Great service overall and a lovely property. I would definitely recommend this location.

Had a wonderful stay for my sons hockey tournament Melissa was a fantastic host allowing us to check in early during a snow storm and having everything we needed and then some extras like KCups and Qtips was the icing on the cake. A beautiful place with exceptional views of the Baie des Chaleurs from morning to night. It is possible to bring your boat and take advantage of the landing ramp free of charge in Charlo to walk in the Baie des Chaleurs. For campfire enthusiasts, a great and safe location or the heat of the fire cradles us from sunset to falling darkness. For the chilly, a hot tub awaits them with a quality of water to make them jealous. The upstairs patio allows everyone to find their favorite corner. Direct access to the beach allows you to take original and unique photos to the natural scenery of the place. A place that we really appreciate and very close to home. This is our 3rd stay and we are always happy with the experience.

Our stay at Melissa’s loft was incredible. The space met my very high cleanliness standards. The beds were comfortable, the loft was spacious and impeccably decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some quick meals or snacks. Melissa was very responsive to my questions prior to and during the stay. Un très beau logement décoré avec soin et avec une magnifique vue sur la Baie des chaleurs. Le lit King est extrêmement confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. C’était la 2e fois que nous séjournions dans un hébergement de Mélissa et Mikael et c’est définitivement une valeur sûre ainsi qu’un gage de qualité. Nous reviendrons dans un de leurs logements c’est certain. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bed was comfortable! Love the decor…very simple and modern. The house is surrounded by trees and birds were singing and chirping each morning…very beautiful! It’s close to the mall and the waterfront. Loved it!
