Nous offrons présentement 9 logements dans la région du Restigouche au Nouveau-Brunswick.
6 logements se retrouvent dans la région du Grand Campbellton. Chacun de ces logements se trouvent à moins de 5 minutes de l'hôpital Régionale, du Centre Hospitalier Restigouche, du Parc Provincial Sugarloaf et du Centre Civique.
Cette proximité est idéale pour les travailleurs temporaires (infirmières et médecins) ainsi que pour les touristes de passage dans la région.
3 logements se trouvent à Baie des Hérons, toutes offrant une vue à couper le
souffle sur la Baie des Chaleurs. Notre
fameuse Oakes House est une véritable destination en elle-même
puisqu’elle offre 5 chambres à coucher (jusqu’à 10 personnes),
avec un jacuzzi, un foyer extérieur, une salle de jeux avec arcades
etc.

A propos de nous :
Nous avons grandi dans cette belle région du Restigouche. Mikael est Chiropraticien depuis 2001. Mélissa était Récréologue pour Vitalité mais elle a choisi de quitter sa carrière en 2022 pour se consacrer à temps plein dans l'entreprise de location à court terme.
Gestion M2 Inc. est née en 2019 avec l’achât de notre
première location. M2 représente la nature familiale de notre
entreprise (Mélissa
et Mikaël), où Mikaël s’occupe du côté des
affaires tandis que Mélissa est votre hôtesse dévouée. Nous
sommes fiers de vous offrir des locations nouvellement rénovées,
meublées et décorées avec la touche personalisée de Mélissa. Que
vous soyez touristes ou travailleurs temporaires, nos locations
sauront vous charmer et répondre à tous vos besoins.

A beautiful place with exceptional views of the Baie des Chaleurs from morning to night. It is possible to bring your boat and take advantage of the landing ramp free of charge in Charlo to walk in the Baie des Chaleurs. For campfire enthusiasts, a great and safe location or the heat of the fire cradles us from sunset to falling darkness. For the chilly, a hot tub awaits them with a quality of water to make them jealous. The upstairs patio allows everyone to find their favorite corner. Direct access to the beach allows you to take original and unique photos to the natural scenery of the place. A place that we really appreciate and very close to home. This is our 3rd stay and we are always happy with the experience.

Our stay at Melissa’s loft was incredible. The space met my very high cleanliness standards. The beds were comfortable, the loft was spacious and impeccably decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some quick meals or snacks. Melissa was very responsive to my questions prior to and during the stay. We will definitely be back and will stay at Melissa’s loft. Our stay was a 10/10!

Un très beau logement décoré avec soin et avec une magnifique vue sur la Baie des chaleurs. Le lit King est extrêmement confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. C’était la 2e fois que nous séjournions dans un hébergement de Mélissa et Mikael et c’est définitivement une valeur sûre ainsi qu’un gage de qualité. Nous reviendrons dans un de leurs logements c’est certain. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

My son and I stayed at Melissa’s place for a lovely weekend getaway to do some mountain biking. It was spacious for the two of us, charming house with character, modern decor and all areas were very clean and welcoming. It was the perfect place and we look forward to staying again the next time we visit Campbellton.

The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bed was comfortable! Love the decor…very simple and modern. The house is surrounded by trees and birds were singing and chirping each morning…very beautiful! It’s close to the mall and the waterfront. Loved it!
